On–board dishwashers (Flight Type) WEXIODISK are specialized high-performance equipment designed for the systematic washing of standard trolleys and containers used in aircraft catering, large centralized kitchens and food processing facilities with precise logistics. Their distinctive feature is their integration into the conveyor line: standardized racks (so—called "side carts") loaded with dishes, trays or containers automatically enter the tunnel of the machine, sequentially passing through the pre-washing, main high-pressure washing, finishing rinsing and hot air drying zones.
