Cutlery sorters WEXIODISK are the final link of a high–performance dishwasher line designed for automatic organization and calibration of knives, forks, spoons and other appliances after they are washed. This equipment is indispensable in large catering establishments, centralized kitchens, airline catering and canteens, where thousands of items are processed daily. The device takes clean appliances from the dishwasher, recognizes their type using an intelligent system (mechanical, optical or combined) and distributes them into appropriate containers or compartments. This completely eliminates laborious and low-productivity manual labor for sorting, significantly speeds up the process of preparing for serving, reduces the risk of injury and ensures impeccable hygiene, minimizing personnel contact with ready-to-use appliances.
